When will my order be processed?
All orders are prepared and shipped from our Ibiza store. Please allow additional time for your order to be processed during holidays and sales seasons. We process orders Monday through Friday. Orders will be processed within 2-5 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Once you place your order, please allow 3-5 business days for us to process your orders. After that, it will take 2-10 business days for delivery to Europe, and 12-20 business days for international orders (depending on location).
Will I be charged taxes and customs?
The prices shown on our site are tax-free in Euros, which means that you may have to pay duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties, and related customs fees may be collected once your order reaches its final destination, and are determined by your local customs office. Payment of these fees and taxes is your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by your country's customs department. For more details on charges, please contact your local customs office.
International shipping costs are priced at €35 plus €31 for customs management expenses.
Our policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Changes (if applicable)

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-4 business days.

You will pay the shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Any expenses or taxes of the country of purchase are also assumed by the client.
